Cryptocurrency and blockchains are going to change the world, but like all technologies, it's unclear exactly how. This talk will answer questions about the where the future of money is headed, including:
- What is cryptocurrency?
- How is it different from regular currency like yen or dollars?
- What is blockchain technology?
- Why is this technology important?
- What possibilities will exist in the future?
Also, during this talk you will see a live bitcoin transaction. You can even participate in interactive trading of cryptocurrency.
This talk has been designed for juken, junior high, and high school students. As this is an emerging technology that will shape our current society, this talk is also designed for parents and guardians.
